I’m grew up in Brampton, born here to immigrant parents who came in the 90s. The new generation of immigrants have really created a bad image for Indians here, I will encounter all kinds of racism online or in real life, and the hatred is real. I wish it wasn’t so, but Brampton and for that matter the GTA is not equipped to handle these many people. Then you get the sheer number of illegal rooming houses, fraud, general disrespect for the norms and traditions of Canada from the newer generations of immigrants it just really paints a bad picture of Indian people. Why come to Canada to go to community colleges. Because most of the schools they are attending are in strip malls. Those people should not be here. If they are not smart enough for a university entry, they are not the brain power we want. Those schools should be closed and a head count mandatory. We don't need the truck drivers or waitstaff at restaurants. The businesses that are only employing students that are from India need to be fined and held accountable. They are using government funding for their wages these are jobs that Canadians need and are rejected because the are not from India. It is racist and why should our taxes pay their wage while Canadian students are left with no jobs to help with the cost of university or housing.

My parents came to Canada over 30 years ago with employable skills and money to support ourselves. We go through Canadian education system, get Canadian jobs and pay Canadian taxes. We still celebrate our own heritage with food and holiday but we do them in our own house. Not sticking into people’s faces. I feel that’s how immigration should be like. Not hordes of illegals and refugees that ruins our society and cost us loads of tax payer dollars. Now with Canada being India land, I’ll have no choice but leave this country eventually, I’ll have no choice but finding a better place to retire.
