It's not race that makes countries great or bad. Since there is just one human race. Its the culture that makes places great. Culture or shared ideas among the populace. Specially ideas of being open minded, living and letting live, freedom, being tolerant etc. These are the best ideas or culture that if held long enough by the majority of the people will turn that place into a great civilization indeed. Every great civilization of history was built through this culture in history. persian empire, macedonian empire, roman empire, british empire and now the united states etc... were/are all very diverse and very tolerant of indians and their ideas... cultural exchange of ideas through indians and receiving diverse viewpoints which helped them become great. However great empires, great places and civilizations never last. They fall down. They fall down once the culture changes. which is natural since culture is not static but dynamic, since it exists only in the minds of people, it can change in the same generation, or in the next - all it takes is replacing existing ideas with other ideas in the minds of people large enough. This is what we are seeing happening in canada and India... a shift of culture. The same culture of responsible for turning India into a terrible country is being adopted by canadians. Meanwhile for the past few decades.. india on the other hand has been adopting the better culture and growing slowly and steadily with many mistakes and hurdles along the way towards a brighter future... slowly because its huge... steadily because it knows where to go.... mistakes and hurdles because its an open democracy... If this cultural shift keeps continuing this way... There will come a time where canada would look more like afghanistan and India will look like the us or scandinavia... However i hope thats not the case. and its just a phase that does not lead to some significant revolution in terms of peoples thinking.

Indian households in Canada make more on average than native Canadians. To be absolutely clear.. this is not an Indian problem its a government problem. They let in anyone who could spell their name. But before that they let in extremely intelligent and hard working folks from India who are currently upholding this country's tech industry. I know this for a fact as I am in tech and have eyes.

They’ve done their part to be Canadian and love this country and yes we have faced racism before as most minorities, we still respect this country, love it and we know that it’s a niche amount of Canadians that act like that. This all makes me very sad within the last 10 years because it's not what I grew up with and loved 😢 I grew up with multiculturalism enriching my childhood. Learning from different cultures at friends dinners and other different friends houses and attending eastern-themed event from all different parts of the East. There was so much to learn just in my own country from other people from other countries it was fascinating !!! I got to take part in different ceremonies and watch different people celebrate the same sort idea about something in much different ways, I loved it. I learned at least half of my best exterior Plastering tricks from people that had thick accents from all over the East and I'm better plasterer because of it. I learned cooking recipes in the kitchen that I probably never would have stumbled across randomly. I was shown in person all the nuances to certain ways different cultures cooked - like how amazing is that!! There are maybe only a few tricks that I was able to show in return but I always tried to do my best ! The amount of community an alternate types of activities or interesting festivals that without multiculturalism would not even exist . When I was young everybody new integrated into the neighborhood unit first got to know the neighbourhood we're introduced the community center and then obviously people have their own separate areas that they prefer. We first became one, one by one, and meet each other and try to have some fun together that's the whole point! Community or block parties when I was a kid had all of our parents looks like representatives from different countries, that's the way it used to be anyway.... where did it all go? I stopped seeing this type of beautiful multi-ethnic Harmony roughly 10 years ago. Not only that when I try to be a part of new things I am literally turned away or shunned in some weird way I don't know why... I can't even believe how I'm treated.

Between immigrants and other countries that take tax money from the system is the reason why we are in the situation we are in. You may say why is that. I say the billions of dollars spent elsewhere could be spent on the people where it was taken from in the beginning. Canadians could be not living under the poverty rate or homeless or this opioid addiction do you know how much the medication cost for suboxone or methadone 375 a month. Meanwhile the cost for a prescription of hydromorphone cast 130 to 150 a month. So sick of how much money goes on this big opioid crisis and how much it could be helped. Housing homelessness could be solved. The list goes on the billions of dollars could help the Canadian people's. Mental health is at an all-time high what do you think people are going to do soon mabe look at the fires that happened purposely. Or soon to be homegrown terrorists. Cleverly this videos talks about "how much" and not "how many" refugees get Social Assistance, then uses Vietnamese legal immigrants (the hardest working people in Canada) as an example of how quickly they become self-supporting. The truth about refugees aftermath is that, the large majority of refugees in Canada coming originally from third world countries, live on Social Assistance for several years, some for life, knowing that the Canadian government will provide for them anything they need (Ironically there are very few statistics on this matter and no statistics at all since 2015, when the current government was elected).

Let's put it another way... I was born in Canada and I had moved abroad at 30 for work and was gone for about 10 years. When I got back, it happened to be the same year our PM was waiting at the airport for the arrival of some refugees with winter coats for them and their Medicare cards, as well as housing provided for them. I had to run around for a full month trying to get my drivers license renewed since it had expired, and had to wait a full 6 months to get a probationary Medicare card, p-r-o-b-a-t-i-o-n-a-r-y....I felt outraged. I am not saying that many don't have a valid reason to flee their country, but when they know that they will receive housing and cash, of course people will flock to Canada, even if they aren't fleeing something.

Immigrants r some of the hardest working people I know. They came to this country to work and give a better life to their families they have so much bravery and courage all I have for them is respect and admiration. Of course there r going to be bad apples but that’s not the majority

I'm new to Canada, but one thing about people from India is that if they have the opportunity to skip or cheat on a test, they take it. I know this firsthand. Another important fact is the population of India; they are around 1,300 millons people, but only 1% of those people can collapse the immigration system of a country, in this case, Canada. And Canada allowed it. Last but not least, I don't know if deodorant is forbidden in India, but they smell really bad.

Well, I'm gonna give you Canada Immigration an advice on how to catch these people and all those in other countries who has the same situation. These people are doing jobs like delivery like Uber, Skip, Doordash, etc., BUT...they are not using their legal name to apply for that instead they are using another person's account to do that job, whose account is legal and had been in the job for so many years. The connection between those people is not relevant to any gang or organizations but they operate like one, the advantage is both parties earn money while in their eyes is "legal". This is normal settings in my country(3rd world country), you have several taxis and you need to hire drivers to operate, its up to you if you're gonna hire legit drivers or not, the only difference is that the undocumented driver is cheaper. And how do I know these things, I work in a fastfood chain in Waterloo, you need to identify which order the driver will pickup and the delivery driver need to verify the order by the order number through the app but sometimes you can see the Account's photo is different from the delivery driver, so yeah, that's the gist of it. I have no idea why modern countries like Canada and America are so "dumb" or lack of critical thinking when it comes to crimes like this, but I guess people and politicians are the same all over the world. And now, they are bringing more people without checking their background, if there's any criminal record or such, oh yeah, speaking of that, how do you verify those records from another country if those records can be produced with 3rd party company in which an employee from a government institution is behind it to make it more look like it is legit.

My family was given a stay at a 5 star hotel and we stepped passed veterans who are homeless and they dont get help . I live like a king have a large bank account and have 3 different alias . My wife uses her maiden name as well her real name and her new name . Most families I know get average of 3850 per month free luxury hotel free food free clothes healthcare free tracfone and there is no need to work anymore . I’m a proud Indian who is now a Canadian citizen, and I’ve made a conscious effort to assimilate into Canadian culture and values. What bothers me is how this conversation has been reduced to blaming one group. The reality is that the Canadian government failed first by not properly managing immigration volumes, not enforcing document verification, and not honestly assessing whether the country could support such rapid population growth. That policy failure created pressure on housing, jobs, and social systems long before resentment followed. We also need honesty within the Indian community. Some Indians struggle to adapt being overly loud, culturally rigid, and sometimes lacking empathy for Canadian norms and shared public spaces. I studied Canadian and Indigenous history in school, and respecting that history matters. Assimilation doesn’t mean abandoning your culture, but it does mean understanding and respecting the society you chose to join. Cultural education should be expected, not optional. That said, one Indian doing something wrong does not make all Indians bad. Most Indian students and workers I know are hardworking, punctual, and serious about contributing. I’ve personally worked minimum-wage jobs for years, and what I noticed was not jobs being “taken,” but fewer Canadian youth willing to stay in or commit to these roles long-term. Indians didn’t replace Canadians, they filled vacancies that already existed. I also briefly volunteered helping the homeless, and what I saw was honestly shocking. It’s not that the government isn’t trying to help there are rehabilitation programs and support systems in place. The difficult truth is that a significant portion of the homeless population struggles with substance abuse and refuses treatment because it requires giving up drugs. Over time, homelessness itself starts to function like a culture, where benefits and assistance unintentionally enable continued substance use rather than recovery. This is an uncomfortable reality people don’t like to talk about. None of this is simple. Immigration didn’t break Canada, and neither did one community. Poor policy, weak enforcement, lack of accountability, and refusal from governments and individuals to adapt responsibly is what brought us here. Blame is easy. Honest solutions are not.

I know it's not on most people's radar, but what is a huge problem that no one talks enough about is how when so many temporary foreign workers come here, they make money in Canadian dollars and then send that money out of our economy to their home Country. So our Canadian dollars are sold, and isn't spent in our Economy. When you go somewhere and you don't see any born in Canada employees you really need to make a choice to not support that business. Canadian wages should go to Canadians and spent in our economy. I hope we wise up and we start to really limit how many people we bring into the Country. We're literally bringing in 400K+ people that's about the size of Halifax, EVERY year. We just cannot support this rapid growth. Especially when the people coming in have no intention of integrating and do not share our values.

There are two parts to this story and it's truth. There are people that came to Canada for a true life but there are many more that came to Canada because there is a system. Most people don't even know, unless you listen to the many that are in shelters and on social media, most have been told that Canada is a country which will pay you and cover all your housing. There is a code of silence which does not always come from inside Canada. It's the code on how to take advantage of a countries blindness by abusing it's Government financial Immigration and Refugee programs. 1. Make a claim, any claim as it will take years before Canada figures out your claim is false. If all does not go well, have a baby on the land. This way you can't be deported and the Canadian government will give you more money because you have a child. There are many more but I will not write them to place them into the open world but there are many more tactics of abuse, Student Visa is but one of them, the next is Migrants. If you are not near the system but you listen closely to the stories, you will hear the real truth and you will also hear the underground truth which people speak about behind closed doors.

From what I heard coming from other source .Also when I see them at food banks taking home more than $150.00 in groceries from just 1 food bank they goto 9 amonth .their cell phones are top of the line .Clothes and shoes brand name only .Gold jewllery ladys purses $300.00 and up .And they all have cars from 40 thousand and up . One place i never see them is value village .How do they do iit ?I had 2 kids and on welfare a few years back and I had a hard time trying to get some things that we badly needed and could not afford and things were a lot cheaper .The most I ever spent at no frills been on assistance was $75.00 for the whole month .6 years ago and no cell phone gold. or cars .So how these people do it ?oh and by the way I go ti no frills once a week .Those same refugees are there every thursday spending $500.00. on goceries and none of them work .Some time neighbours talk and thats how things are know .Our government is a big lier .We the tax payers are paying for all of these Once a refugee of this country one canot be sent back or deported so if this refugee never finds a job you the tax payer and I will pay for his or her assistance and maybe for a life time .like in the case of gypsies refugees they are all on assistance go to all the food banks rob the community of their belongins their cars items from stores donations in front of churches and stores they dress the best also spend hundreds of dollars on food they shop for clothes at the mall and we the tax payer brake our backs 6 days a week 10 hours a day like me and I cant afford even half of what these people can .So even if they become criminals we have to support them .Some refugee law and rights should be changed to ensure that tax payers are not been taking advantage of .

Well...we all see it, we all live it, we all know what the problem is, we all know how it came about, and we all know what has to happen...An example, can be seen, by looking to the South.. We know it takes us goin out to the poles by the millions, to vote, in order to elect, who we think is best for the country,..but then we expect small groups, of only a few100, to be capable of affecting change, with such major, post electoral issues, as this. Make no mistake, this, Canada, has already become a completely different place,..it's no longer the home we knew and loved, as it was. All those aspects are gone. And this is just the beginning. Wars Will Happen, in our cities.. Yes I'm just some guy that was born here in Canada, 61yrs ago. What I'm saying, is what I've been seeing, for decades. Rules and guidelines, and laws, need to passed. If you come to a foreign country, to live,..you practice, and learn their ways, and become one with them. None of this Social Separation B.S...If you want to live as you did in the country you left, find a secluded island, or go back to where you came from. It,s not just illegals that are being a problem.

If old immigrants are seeing an issue of offsetting the harmony that's our multiculturalism, including old Canadians and original Native Canadians. By the mass immigration policies, bringing/favouring from one country. Then you know there's a problem. The end was great. But it lacked lto visualize what I've been saying for years : We leave the bad stuff behind. We share and teach others our cultural aspects. I am an Indo-canadian who migrated from UAE 2 decades ago. Came thro proper channel of PR and became a citizen 4 yrs later. Qualified as a CPA burning the midnight oil, raised 2 kids thro Univ who are employed now. Trudeau, to be in power, joined hands with Jagmeet Singh. I know of a 2 shutter shop in Brampton East, registered as a college, which issued 4000 student visas. I wonder whether the Immigration dept checked on the college before issuing the visas. Now, we have students, whose visas have expired, whose families in India have mortgaged everything (primarily from Punjab, Haryana & Gujarat) who are here working for cash. I think we must revisit the files, track them out, see their educational background and give them opportunites. Indian origin folks must also educate their families back home on reality. With a growth rate of 7% + India is the country to be in, for these youngsters, to grow in life
