India is a commonwealth country the same a Canada. They speak English. This has something to do with immigration from India. It’s interesting to see that immigrants from Poland think they are superior immigrants.

No doubt about it, Canada is for Canadians. If you wanted to, you could deport millions of immigrants, but let's be real about the cost. The Canadian economy, its pensions, its farms, and its health sector all rely on immigrants to pay taxes and fill jobs. It's not some big conspiracy about population replacement; it's just about the economy. You can't have one without the other. Canadians aren't the only ones dealing with this. In Asia and Africa, it's a different kind of immigrant, the ones with money who buy up land and property, driving locals out of the market. They're not given an ear either, because money talks. It’s always been about the money and the power, and Canadians should understand that perspective too. The culture or religion of a few bad apples shouldn’t be used to tarnish every immigrant. We do need to do a better job screening people, but it’s not fair to paint everyone with the same brush. In the U.S., Indian immigrants are top earners and incredibly successful, but people still complain that they’re "taking their jobs." So, if an Indian person is a failure, they're a problem. If they're a success, they're still a problem. They can't win. This old colonial mindset is alive and well. It's tough for some people to process that a person of color can outsmart them and rise up by their own bootstrap. But when those same folks go to Asia or Africa, suddenly they feel that old nostalgia and are much more comfortable with the social hierarchy there. It would be ideal if no one had to leave their home country for a better life. When we have more justice in the world for everyone, maybe we won't have to keep having these conversations.

And still Canadian govt and media currying favor with the one country that is the source of this mess by not naming it! Unbelievable!

Can ANYONE and I mean ANYONE (preferably muslim) please tell me why ZERO of the rich wealthy countries arouns Syria didn't take any people in at all.The news and media don't even want to talk about it. You know, Brampton even before trudeau was becoming basically little India, and most Canadians just said whatever let them have it, we kinda accepted it. But after trudeau with mass immigration and them taking over other cities its when it became a little too much and started to take over canadian culture. I had a friend visit from the u.s for the very first time, and we did some sight seeing, you know going to places around ontario that tourists would check out, went to niagra falls for the first time in maybe 10 years man it changed. It was 90% Indian people. She noticed it right away but didnt say anything, i said a lot of indians huh? and she said yeah didnt think canada was like this. When you think Canada its always been mulicultural, you just think of all ethnicities and people of different cultures but at the end of the day everyone was Canadian and they assimilated. Now you dont think of a multicultural country you think of an indian country thats changing the canadian culture and way of life and not in a good way. Identity is being taken away and it needs to stop. Canada needs to take notes from Poland before its too late. Poland closed their doors and guess what? economy went up, crime rate went down, people are happier. Canada opened the doors, crime rate shot up, economy crashing, more homelessness then ever and so on. Not saying its specifically Indian people, its the amount coming in and how they adopt canadian culture but instead bring their culture and trye changing the country to fit them rather then fitting in with an already established country and culture.

Yea, but the immigrant ( all races) kids get far better grades in school, and that generation pays 30% tax every year of their 100k salary... They're the ones that gonna take this country into next century of technologically advanced world. Issue with economy starts with the family. If you have single parent family and social issues.. kids aren't gonna make it in this highly competitive world. Please go to Google, facebook, Microsoft. .. you'll see immigrants left right and centre. Lets face the facts, immigrant mentality is what builds a proper county. First generation immigrants are lost and weird and seems odd, second generation is the cream of the crop . Third slows down then 4th is basically are the ones complaining about the first generation. Solution is to use these people and figure out how they will help this county in the next 30 years, not tomorrow. Look at how Irish, Ukrainian, Chinese, Italian etc.. came as first gen immigrants (to this native land). Cold.. lost.. try to use their wits to survive in a colonial economy. That second generation built what we have now. Immigration is a god damn economical strategy man... Issue with homelessness, has nothing to do with immigration. Homelessness is related to addiction and mental health. Most immigrants don't suffer from homelessness because they have relatives that look after each other. 3rd generation+ Canadians (all races) lack that.. if you're 18 you are own your own, thats where that issue is with homelessness.

I'm no expert, but it's obvious that mass immigration is detrimental to any country. Years ago, Canada seemed like a dream country, but in the last few years, it looks like the homelessness, crime etc. has increased and the housing prices are insane. I have a Sikh friend who lived there for about 5 years but moved back to India due to the high cost of living and quality of life there going downhill. He has a much better, low stress life back home. I think there should be stricter measures to immigration. For example: Let doctors, nurses, engineers, lawyers in more easily, but those that are coming as students and going to work as cashiers, should be limited.
