50000!! a year, people with one child get 1000 a month, and do they get Child tax? I just dont understand how Canada/ America can just keep bringing allowing so many people can keep coming?? Or wont we just be a place just like the places they are trying to leave?? Also a payment to set up your house??? LOL. I knew a single Mom who left an abusive relationship.. ( born in Canada) and you know what the government in BC gave her to help her set up her house?!! A used bed!!!Thats all,, oh and a crisis grant for $40! If she needed more than the 1000$ pre month! I'm an immigrant myself, and I brought conservative values to Canada. Why? Because I want to "Conserve" what Canada is, not change it into the third world country I'm from. I try to explain this to many Canadians, but they go with the left. This will implode Canada from within. Even the legal system is being wrecked, you can't touch some immigrants, up to how many minority labels they can slap to themselves. Immigration must have one golden rule: if you want to live like in your home country, you are not welcome and I'll be deported.

Basically all you did was amplify racist voices , you did no research of your own. Had no numbers on how much taxes the city of brampton collects but had to show a clip of people saying they dont pay taxes. You had no numbers on how much food the gurudwaras and temples donate. All you were opposed to were large number of people from india living together. Isn't that what happens in every immigrant community. Chinatown in SanFranscisco , Little Italy in Manhattan , Little Havana in Florida.

My town got the invasion in the past couple of years, 90% of my business is now done with Indians. Tim's, fast food, deliveries, Walmart, CDN Tire, etc. Young people can't get a start in the job market because the govt subsidizes their wages with our taxes.

I am a legal American citizen and I do not get any free health care! I have paid into social security since I was 16. I have earned my social security over the past 45 years. I also have to pay my own legal fees and my taxes paid for my child to go to public school. I do not know of any other country that gives refugees or illegal aliens ANY money or services!

India must find a way to stop India's brain from flowing down into the drain asap. One option may be to remove DTAA & impose income tax on foreign gross income of Indian citizens, like the US (US citizens/GC holders are taxed on their worldwide income, regardless of where they reside), & build a world-class work environment in India with that tax amount, so that high-skilled Indian talents can return back to India to start start-up to develop app like WhatsApp/FB/Google/Amazon/MS/Meta (like China) or find suitable job/Business.

Don’t know about Canada, but in US, Indians are the richest ethnic groups. Canada does attract lesser skilled Indians. However, pretty sure Indians contribute more than their share of taxes. You guys can keep on hating but all the western countries need Indians as that’s where the population is. And people work hard. They are invited. >99% Indians immigrate legally. They’re abiding by rules laid by these countries. Up to these countries to decide the rules.

Yep. Nb here. My country is Unrecognizable! I live I'm a upper class area in a housing crisis. I have at least 500 immigrants in my neighborhood. Our schools are a mess. Our Canadian children have no help. I'm blown away bc I've never experienced anything like it. Tax payes pay this!
