I would love to see videos of how europeans are invading the global south. My home country Kenya, so many Europeans and Americans moving there. They are also moving to Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Cape town in large numbers. We haven't even talked about Vietnam, Thailand etc. I want to see these videos. How they are destabilising our prices. How cost of living is going up because all these white people are moving to our countries. This is going to sound super cruel but in American its just as bad, over the last 8 years over 30 family owned businesses or small restaurants have been taken over and bought out by Indian people in my area alone, the food quality dips, quality in general dips, they're rude, they get mad if THEY mess up at you which is super disrespectful. Although I like most Indians that come to our part of the world, WE DO NOT WANT OUR COUNTRY TURNING INTO INDIA (or any other country/culture for that matter). Good journalism, it's good to get out and hear what people are thinking. In viewing, it occurs to me that it's hard for white people, and maybe Christians, to understand some Asians. I'm an American, so-called white American, and love Sanatana Dharm, or what most people call Hinduism - that term should soon be forgotten. Anyway, this video shows a variety of people called Indians but whom are vastly different in belief. So much so, they maybe fighting in India but abroad, they stick together. Islam and most Indian philosophies (they are not religions as there is no overarching institution or organization) feed the "devotees" several times a day...it is a part of the culture, shared meals with those who share faith. The Indians, they basically want a better life and will send money home. Muslims will buy land through a trust and then buy more and more. I don't know about Canada, but there are no such cultures in America - well, the Church has bought a lot of land but does nothing to serve people. The Mormons have land and a strong daily schedule, some community churches have very strong programs, but as a whole, The Church has done nothing to make itself appealing and therefore, there's no opposite or equal force. What to do? and as far as assimilating, yes, they should, but to what? Should they start playing hockey, drinking beer, etc. The second gen might. The West has lost it's way and religion isn't the solution but a culture not so decadent would be a good start.

I am a legal American citizen and I do not get any free health care! I have paid into social security since I was 16. I have earned my social security over the past 45 years. I also have to pay my own legal fees and my taxes paid for my child to go to public school. I do not know of any other country that gives refugees or illegal aliens ANY money or services!

I would like to see Tyler interview the Native Americans in Montana. My cousin went to, I believe it was Billings, Montana. He had a lot of people just being straight up rude towards him, and when he was talking to some of the locals, they said that the Native Americans hate other Americans. Just thought it’d be interesting to see them talk about it. That and how the native Hawaiians hate Tourists. (Nassau Bahamas would be a good one. They have that massive Atlantis waterpark and casino which the locals are not allowed in. And you have to drive through the town before you get to the entrance of the park. Of course, any local community can have problems, and some groups can be unwelcoming. But the argument presented implied there is only one way to be Canadian. That echoes xenophobic rhetoric in the US about who counts as ‘American,’ often while ignoring the reality of Indigenous peoples entirely. I do not deny the importance of shared commitments like the rule of law, freedom, and evidence based policy rooted in the Enlightenment and scientific thinking. But culture and learning can coexist with those values. What troubled me most was how poverty and discrimination were replaced with racial generalizations, and how victim language was used to deflect responsibility, something that resembles DARVO. Given the same conditions, these problems could arise in any group, regardless of race.

Maybe it’s not too late if your government can figure out to modify some of the immigration laws that will give back the power, the benefit, and advantage to a natural born Canadian. 800 thousand foreigners coming in in the last three months? What’s with that? That’s so shocking. Looks like a legalized invasion/occupation. I’m like you, I was a legal immigrant from Asia in the late 70s retired now and love my great state of Indiana. My family has been here for almost 50 years fully acculturated to the values and culture of American life with my husband and two grown boys. This is my adopted beloved country now. I am everything that it is about. I still know how to speak my birth language only when I go home for vacation. I don’t use it even to speak to a fellow Asian when I see that an English speaking native born American is within ear’s reach. That young lady might be dead with brain tumor before she gets her MRI. how much taxes do they pay? I was in California and they don't have to get a license but they drive cars with no plates on them. In taxachusetts i know a guy who got in an accident with a truck that was driven by an illegal...he did not have a license and they let him go...the company that owned the truck paid. They get more benefits than us and they pay no taxes. I was unemployed once and had no health care. every place I applied refused me health care so at the end of the year I had to pay a penalty for each month I didn't have health care. What penalty do they pay? I am discriminated against for being a poor white american citizen. This country is a joke and I wish I was never born here.

I feel very sad because, in the end, all immigrants end up paying the price for the bad attitudes of a few. I speak especially from the perspective of Latin American immigrants: we are not the majority in Canada, but we come with the intention of adapting, of including ourselves in the local culture, and of contributing the best we can. Our culture is not so distant — we share religion, family values, and lifestyle — and we arrive with the willingness to integrate, not to impose. Even so, for us the path is extremely difficult: getting permanent residency and, eventually, citizenship is a long, expensive, and complicated process. And we do it, we comply with the rules, we respect, we pay everything. What hurts is seeing that some other groups arrive with a different attitude: instead of integrating, they want to impose their culture, their religion, even their body odors, and if you make a face or express discomfort, they immediately take it as “discrimination.” It is not fair that, for example, my child should stop bringing meat in his lunch just because another child bullies him saying he is “a filthy sinner.” Inclusion should be mutual, an effort on both sides, not a one-sided demand.

When I was a small child, I had planned to go to European and American countries based on my knowledge and good values and not for money because I thought that people with good education and rules followed lived there. Now I am 18 and it is very sad to see that people who lack basic manners are going there in exchange of money, yes it is true that you cannot bring knowledge and good values in yourself with money, European people and American people should also think about this and should ask questions to their government that why are they bringing these people to get profit in the vote bank or are they very educated people, but looking at the condition it is not true that Their parents may have also taught them basic manners, many Indians do not have the flexibility to change their habits after seeing the country, but they would have had problems with people coming to their country from outside who did not live in the Indian culture, but if they did not live with outsiders and were forbidden to do that, then that would be racism! One should follow whatever religion one wants but see again it should change with the new environment, even in nature when a species migrates to a new place it follows the rules and practices it uses, it does not mean that its genetics change completely.
