The population comment by the Pakistani isn't 100% accurate. Sure immigration plays a big role, but undeniably the South Asians still care about having kids and forming a strong family. In my school, most students just want to enjoy life, have kids in the far future, and they don't really care about family ties like these cultures do. They'll be tight with their parents but barely know their cousins or uncles. They'll be in their late 30s finally looking to get married and have kids, which is just not realistic biologically. 45 is the average age for menopause, and you see symptoms of menopause happen before then. Not rare to see a woman get perimenopausal symptoms at age 40. Meanwhile these Asians get married "young" (normal age back in the day), and they plan their future around their family's growth. Can't really blame it on immigration when other nations like Japan and Korea don't see a huge immigrant population from South Asia and still show insanely low birth rates for the locals, because they follow the secular societal standard of having one kid so you can enjoy life. South Asians could be living in a shack and still have 5 kids. We make fun of that in the west, and now our population is on a nosedive.

Meanwhile native youth can't afford to pay for a degree or end up in debt. Then the country complains there are no graduates to fill jobs so they say they have to IMPORT THE LABOUR. Come visit Australia (and particularly the big cities like Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane) and you'll find exactly the same thing here. We are in the middle of a huge immigration wave initiated by the socialist Labor government that is overwhelming infrastructure, housing supply & affordability and healthcare services. Driving standards have also decreased markedly and at the same time vehicle accident rates have risen exponentially, along with a steep and sustained increase in car insurance premiums in the time since this current immigration wave began after Covid due to increased accident rates and fraudulent insurance claims. Indians make up the second largest group of these new immigrants.

I think you have missed the point: People DO NOT actually TRUST ONE-ANOTHER VERY MUCH. So people sit down TRYING YO DEVISE "PLANS" such that the think that they are MINIMIZING the risks inherent in INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE THAT YOU DO NOT TRUST, AS IF YOU CAN TRUST THEM. This NEVER WORKS and always makes a big bizarre mess.

Employers should be aware of SINs before hiring people. I am also an immigrant, but my dad worked hard as a skilled worker to bring us here to Canada. I pay my duly taxes monthly and yearly. So I find it unfair when people work under the table. However, I've noticed that some students, who never attend their classes, end up in high positions with well-paying jobs at big companies. Meanwhile, I can't count how many refugees and immigrants are in low-income brackets, receiving 100% coverage for their medication and a monthly allowance from the government. In contrast, Canadian senior citizens still have to pay 20-30% of their medication costs and don't get the same privileges when it comes to their essentials. It frustrates me that the government makes our senior citizens suffer at retirement age, even after they've worked so hard for so many years. Yet they still struggle to pay for their own medication and necessities. I've encountered many rude refugees and people on income support from other countries who feel entitled to special treatment just because they are under government programs. Ironically, some of them come wearing luxury clothes and bags—like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. As I said, I am an immigrant too, but my heart goes out to those who have fully earned the support and benefits they deserve.

SO?? What Is the BIG problem.!! They are happy to come back home and help their company of birth. Don't makes DRAMA. Is LIFE.

Call any big Canadian company, Bell, you get someone from the Philippines. Scotia bank, you get someone in Mexico and so on. They make billions and yet decide to hire outside of Canada. But when they hire someone from Canada, you stay on "temporary" status for years. After 2 or 3 years they move you to "temp full time" status and so on..... Most Canadians know this!

In Japan many people work as temporary workers They sign contracts, when the contract is up they leave and get paid a big chunk of the money the company was keeping for them and a bonus, to make sure they leave. Sometimes they extend their contract , but they do have to leave for for a month to get the money. Japan is making sure everybody is keeping their part of the deal. Why can't we have it here? Why TEMPORARY workers demand to stay?

How can they not know if students are compliant, how do they get into Canada? Education pathway is a big money making business for canadian institutions and outside education recruiting agents
