as a refugee myself from Afghanistan, I know a lot of fellow refugees and immigrant who works for cash, abuses the system, don't pay taxes, if they are manager-they hire only immigrants and people they know, they think this way they will have a better life in Canada, but in reality they are fucking the economy and not thinking about its consequences in the long term. Personally as an Indian, I really feel bad about it. Unfortunately, we DO go to other countries for a chance at better life and dignity, but a lot us Indians then start to feel privileged and entitled and do not adapt to the culture of the country they are in, and force their own cultures and individual beliefs. This sucks, especially as a young guy who dreams of living in other countries, while respecting their cultures and planning to adapt to them. As a non Indian Canadian born and raised I’m disgusted where my country has gone. Our population has doubled since 1980, not by birth rate, but because of the amount of Indians that have immigrated here. Unfortunately, they have no desire to assimilate, they bring their own culture and they stay in their own communities. The government offers tax breaks for businesses, hiring foreign workers over people born in Canada, leaving the youth without any part-time work. On top of that some of my favourite restaurants growing up, I haven’t eaten at in years because it’s been taken over by Indians, the quality of food goes down, you end up getting food poisoning and if you aren’t in their community, you get worse service and get charged more than what an Indian would pay at the same restaurant. They don’t understand cleanliness or sanitation, they leave their garbage and waste on the street and dump it in random locations, and quite frankly have no respect for anyone who lives here or the country that has taken them in. I feel like a minority of my own country and I truly don’t understand what being Canadian means anymore because I’m pretty sure being Canadian is a thing of the past. Most of my friends have moved further north, to Vancouver island or moved out to the prairies to get away from them and higher prices as everything gets more expensive, thanks to our government, caring more about immigrants than citizens. When a family gets accepted to come here they bring their parents their aunts and uncles their brothers and sisters on temporary visas, they also collect social assistance as soon as they arrive and when their visas expire, they have no desire to go back, which has resulted in thousands of illegals remaining here. I mean I get it. Why would you go back when you’re getting treated better here and are given food, housing and an allowance every month but it’s gotten to a point where India outnumbers Canadians. I want them all sent back.

The motives of this look racist because when you try hiring white folks the retention rate is extremely low, these past 6 months I have seen 8 employees in managerial positions who quit less than 2 weeks and it's impossible to retain them no matter what salary you offer and then when you go hire an Indian they just don't quit and work harder. But again that's an anecdote, that doesn't mean white folks don't work hard. Everyone has different experiences so stop, putting half baked stuff out on the internet and stop embarrassing yourself. I also make a point in telling the wealthy ones "Tax Avoidance is legal (I'm more than happy to show them), but Tax Evasion is not! Then reminding them....Canada will be bankrupt eventually if everyone don't pay their fair share of taxes. ie. You may not suffer, but your children/grandchildren will. Worst Case scenario, you didn't get the necessary medical care when you most needed it!!! We should lobby for a mandatory course that all newcomers have to take & PASS a test about Canadian culture & expectations. If they fail, no citizenship for sure! Lies! When a citizen sponsors a refugee, govt or private sponsors-- health care free you said it. Canadian don't fall for these lies, yeah after 1 year they go underground and work under the table. What is provincial social assistance? Kids go to public school if they have an address. I was being a mom. Any woman knows this. When you’re single, you can have a whole pie to yourself. You get married, you make a pie and you’ve got well maybe a couple of days worth of food. Add a child everybody eats comfortably but only for one night add a second child somebody’s gotta give up. You know what I mean like it’s just plain math Mathematics so I guess I’m too far left for the right and I’m too far right for the left, I guess. Although I’m not an immigrant, I am a person with disabilities and just recently when we lost the so-called Trudeau tax I wondered why I wasn’t getting it. Then on a Canadian conservative source I heard we weren’t getting it anymore and I was upset. Disgruntled person wrote in the comments section and I quote get over yourself. I think MAID could help you. That didn’t come from a left-wing source as many right wing folks will say that it’s the left who wants to euthanize disabled people. That came from someone from a right leaning source. So writer left nobody wants to pay for anyone to have a free ride, even if the ride isn’t really free. I live on $800 a month and I am much too disabled to work and I don’t have family. In addition, I’ve been told I’m not eligible for rent gear to income, but it’s not like I’m going to get well. Anyway, it seems people don’t like to put out for others and I get it because the folks at the top are always happy to see the little guys tear each other apart. None of our politicians have ever voluntarily Given up a pay cut to support those who can’t work any longer or who never could. That would be the pro life thing to do. They’re always voting themselves big raises.

So they come here on a student visa and then their family has a reason to come visit and they never go home. And we do nothing about it as per usual. My parents came to Canada over 30 years ago with employable skills and money to support ourselves. We go through Canadian education system, get Canadian jobs and pay Canadian taxes. We still celebrate our own heritage with food and holiday but we do them in our own house. Not sticking into people’s faces. I feel that’s how immigration should be like. Not hordes of illegals and refugees that ruins our society and cost us loads of tax payer dollars. Now with Canada being India land, I’ll have no choice but leave this country eventually, I’ll have no choice but finding a better place to retire.
