I consider myself International( 3ed generation Canadian) because I spent half of my life working in many countries. Canada was always my home until about 15 years ago when I started feeling that thigs are changing in the wrong directions not only the immigration influx but total anti-Christian war, morality, family values, sexualization of children etc etc. its all gone to HELL !! Now that my children graduated, I have moved them to an east European country where all my values and beliefs are still intact. Canada is a country of immigrants. Some towns have higher concentrations than others. But there is significant racism here with this anti-Indian sentiment.. Do folks walk through Toronto's "Little Italy" neighborhood and bitch and whine about how they wish all these wops would leave and go back to Italy? Of course not. Personally as an Indian, I really feel bad about it. Unfortunately, we DO go to other countries for a chance at better life and dignity, but a lot us Indians then start to feel privileged and entitled and do not adapt to the culture of the country they are in, and force their own cultures and individual beliefs. This sucks, especially as a young guy who dreams of living in other countries, while respecting their cultures and planning to adapt to them. Even in India too, we don't really pay much taxes since we know its gonna go into corruption anyway, so the Immigrant residents in Brampton may have carried forward that practice as their habit. This gets a lot of us good folks, generalized for no reason too, Although, I do understand the anti-Indian sentiments foreigners have towards us, but again.. not every Indian are like that, since it has also been pointed out by few others. Brother JamCan, this whole thing was predictable decades ago! I got to Canada in 1995 right after hell unfolded in the country of a thousand hills! I saw with my own eyes & felt from personal experience how great my adopted country was! However, not everything was rosy! I saw and experienced the "not-in-your-face" anti-black racism, whether politically, socially, and most def in the employment market! At the same time, the establisment (read white folks) was busy encouraging & promoting east indians to take up leadership roles in all spheres of the society, thus making them the "model minority" in the country! Finally someone has covered this! This is the sad reality as to what's happening to Canada. The UK is the exact same. We are being outbred, our jobs are being taken away, and we are being overrun with them. Look at the Canadian government, that's how bad it has become. Once they infiltrated the government, all kinds of corruption occured, their extended families were getting automatic citizenship, free healthcare, and draining the Canadian job market and healthcare benefits. One common scam they pull is that they will find a job, immediately apply for social welfare, and take time off and still get paid for months without even working. They completely abuse the system which results in actual Canadians who need social welfare benefits to not be able to gain any benefits, because of the amount of scammers that have infiltrated and colonized the country. There are many of us who don't like this and don't want it, but there are many Canadians who are bleeding hearts and weak who just accept it. It's so paradoxical that the indians back in India and abroad are projecting different outlooks about immigration and assimilation. I think it's absurd. In recent India, they look down upon immigration in India and complain about the lack of assimilation of immigrants to the diverse Indian culture. But abroad in another country as immigrants they want to protect their culture and do not want to assimilate to that country's culture or way of life. 😅 The comments about equality of humans, non discrimination etc made me laugh so much.. Ask them about the caste discrimination in their society, anti-conversion laws, attacks on sikhs, muslims, christians institutions/places of worship, and how they treat african students & other non-white races in India to have a better understanding on their views. 😂😅

Videos like these would be nicer if you did research/fact-checked people's statements. I know the purpose is to get the POV of the general populace, but it sucks hearing at the end of the video "Well, idk why" when you could improve the quality of the video by supporting or rejecting claims people make. Also, asking more balanced questions instead of biased ones is another way you can improve. For example, no difficult questions or claims against the anti-immigration Canadians were given - they were basically just asked "why do you think this?" On the other hand, the pro-immigration migrants were given questions regarding claims made by the anti-immigrant Canadians - which again was never fact checked by your team. It's difficult and feels like a waste of time when we're just hearing testimony - as important as each individual's story is - but without any critical thinking or research applied.
