Yes, Indians came to Canada. Yes, they live mostly in Brampton. So what? The focus should be on whether a person is a good citizen or not. If an Indian is being an a** sure call him out, but do exactly the same for any other race or community. There are many hard working, law abiding Indians in Brampton. The point he missed was the quality of life is higher in Canada, In India it's way easier, the cost of living is way cheaper, there's tons of cheap labour to hire maids for all your house work for example which is common in their culture, but as you've probably seen online, India isn't the cleanest or friendliest place to be, and if he was a nurse in India he would probably be broke without a good job, and having the opportunity to find good high paying jobs in something that Canadians also do when they travel to the US if a position in their field isn't available in whatever local city they grew up in. The main issue stems from international students from like after covid, regardless of country, India is in the spotlight because there's just more indians compared to other countries international students but its all the same stuff, you have kids from all over the world that might not have learned the same cultural practices, fresh 16-18 year olds living alone for the first time that have to do all their own chores and don't even know how to take care of themselves in some cases or do laundry or anything like that and it doesn't mean they were illegal immigrants or anything, just that they never put in the effort to learn because they were too entitled, its the same with entitled kids that go to Korea or Japan from north America as well that don't learn their culture and customs and misbehave because they are too entitled, and once you understand that you can see the bigger picture more clearly instead of just defaulting to racism. Also I'm not saying they can't be frustrated, its frustrating for everyone, even for me but racism isn't the answer.

The older whites in Brampton seem to be blaming others because they failed in life. Anyone in Brampton knows a lot of the whites are on drugs in the downtown area. People started getting annoyed about Brampton when the international student boom happened. This is different from families settling or people starting families. Young students who are basically poor and desperate take up all the jobs and they pack so much into one house. Indian international students have ruined Indian reputation in Canada. Indians figured how to game the system and flood Canada better than other nationalities. And it’s true they do not integrate. They leave their land and come to a place where it’s just like home. Where they can live work, and go to school and not interact with any other race, ethnicity probably can go weeks without speaking English. Chinese have similar places like this but they’re not frowned upon.

Lots of racists that seemingly.only have issues with people who are obviously immigrants vs white European immigrants. I'm white and work with brown people everyday. They're nice, hard working people. Many are willing to do jobs that people born here are unwilling to. They want the Canadian dream. And the people that own the homes and housing should appreciate how they have bid up the value of their homes rather than bash them.

the biggest problem i have with india is their hiring practices. you can just tell whether a place has a indian manager. for example, my local subway has all indian people in their mid 20s-30s, except for one old white lady who has been working there since forever. The problem is they only hire indian people. And those indian people always get my order wrong one way or another.

The east Indian problem has gotten extremely bad where I am in Canada they keep buying businesses and then firing all the white people but if you call it out, you're racist like, I'm getting turned down when I hand out resumes, because I'm white and I was born in Canada its bad they're taking all the student jobs and then buying the businesses where students are working and then firing the students i'm no longer in school, so it's even harder to find a job. It's gotten to the point where if you want a job you need to work for yourself. They're even taking jobs in the trades so now people are having to work for themselves under-the-table and launder their money the average median income in Canada is anywhere from $45000 to $50000 a year the average house costs $673,335 the average household only makes $80000 a year i used to dream about having my own home and starting a family now I just hope I can find an apartment for less than $2000 a month that isn't owned by a slum Lord living in Toronto that's bought the property without ever even being to Smiths Falls a day in their life.

The thing about India is they only focus on white collar work and this is enforced in their culture and education system. This country of ~1.45 BILLION people (India) vs a population of ~41.3 million people (Canada) looks at white collar work as the only respectable work, sometimes because of their caste system. I wanna tell you this folks , the reason we Indians get jobs ( which you racist people dont like ) is not because our people are there and they hire us , its because we work hard we do extra shifts , we have skills which employers are looking for . Moreover , the companies which hire Indians are owned and operated by no other then Canadians or i should say white canadians itself. If a 3000 sq ft home has 3 generations living then that would easily be anywhere from 5-12 people depending on the number of children or sibling the earning member(s) have. The only problem is when these homes are converted to rooming units.
