This is a horrible situation on both ends and the fact that its all 100% administration failure is sad. Its not fair to anyone not even the immigrants. They keep bringing in more people then the economy can afford to live here I frankly find it ridiculous. I want to know whats driving these policies to continue. My parents came to canada 25 years ago, they payed thousands of dollars to get status here. Now people are getting in as cheap labour that can't even afford to live here so they dogpile 10-15 people in the same 2-3 bedroom apartments or houses and the infrastructure is still being built on the logic of single families when in the reality thr opposite is happening we have sudden crowding because rent is unaffordable due to the massive influx of people, including canadian born nationals that are forced to live in these environments if they don't have support- Its crazy why not close your borders stabilize rebuild infrastructure then slowly work on immigration policies again when the housing market and job market are stable again. Theres absolutely no reason to cite labour shortages when theres an unemployment rate and homeless people everywhere- close the borders- get homes built, throw heavy incentives to join and get educated on any productive field that has a shortage upto and including providing shelter to canadian citizens that decide to pursue these fields and are homeless. Have a fast track rotating incentive down to the year along with guaranteed on job training for all occupations. Such a simple solution so stupid we can't execute it. The thing about India is they only focus on white collar work and this is enforced in their culture and education system. This country of ~1.45 BILLION people (India) vs a population of ~41.3 million people (Canada) looks at white collar work as the only respectable work, sometimes because of their caste system. That's why a lot of poor Indians bathe in contaminated waste water and you see garbage all over the streets. Yet India has some remarkable engineers and mathematicians out of the human species and their billionaires living ~100 meters from the poorest. So of course any business like retail or restaurant’s biggest overhead is labour costs so if they can save like $6.00 an hour on every employee why wouldn’t they opt in for that. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. I'm born and raised Canadian 48 years and I'm sick of my country looking like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq , and all of the other refugees and immigrants. We don't need you here to make anchor babies and take our jobs and use up our resources ( jobs, medical, housing). Everything said by that woman is 100% correct and I approve that message. My wife has been unemployed since Christmas of 2024 and I've been off since March of 2025 and it's now mid September 2025. Our bills and taxes don't stop coming in when the cheques stop coming in. I haven't been on EI in 20 years!

The problem is there are just to many off them. Then too many have gotten very arrogant saying thing like this our country now. Taking over cities street with loud music for some wedding and to those who also live on the street cannot even park there car or live in there homes due to the loud noise. No permit, just taking over. The other problem the last few years immigrations number have skyrocket and 90% of them our Indians. The government should have never let such a large group from one country enter. Meanwhile as climate change happen a lot of countries will be in trouble and the people will need to go somewhere. Iran has only 3% of there water reserve left. India has ruin there country and so has China with pollution and dumping of heavy metel in river and lakes. Meanwhile the Caribbean is expected to be unlivable in 15 and 20 years. The USA we are expected to lose 100 miles of our coastline. That area is where 50% of Americans lives. Pretty soon it will be everyone for themselves if certain country do not look at the long term picture. Also the lifestyle we are living today is just not sustainable.

I moved here from South America almost 30 years ago and worked to learn the culture and values. When in arrived in Vancouver I was shocked to see so many Chinese people.. it was not my idea of Canada. Then I moved to Toronto and was shocked to see so many Indians. As an immigrant myself I'm against these immigrants that come here and don't learn the culture and have no appreciation for the Canadian way of life. This is 100% a failure of government policy . I read the comments first before watching the video, and the negativity was strong. So I watched the video expecting to hear the Indians sounding terrible and entitled, and instead it's obvious they're just like every other group of immigrants who ever came before them, including those from Europe. The guy at 9:35 got lots of negative comments, but it's clear that he's the typical inspirational immigrant story, coming here, studying and working hard, and eventually achieving his degree, which brings him a better life in a prosperous country, the exact same thing Europeans came to Ellis Island for 100 years ago. And they also created Irish, Italian, Greek, etc. enclaves withing major cities. Also they say Brampton only had 18,000 people 50 years ago, and are upset that now it has 750,000, and all the growth has been from Indians. So then what's the problem? They didn't even displace anyone, they just moved to an area that was previously a small town on the outskirts of Toronto, and is now a major suburb. That growth of suburbs has happened over the last 50 years in every city in North America, from both domestic and immigrant people choosing to settle there. Did you expect a town that close to Toronto to experience zero growth over 50 years?!! While every other suburban area on the continent grows? If so, then you clearly aren't the brightest bulb.
