China & India are grossly overpopulated! Our Pm has visited both countries & made a deal to bring them here. What was the deal & why do taxpayers have to pay for their freedom here. I do not hate them, I just don't trust them & I don't think they listen to Canadians. They are filling their own pockets buying votes from the new immigrants.

They can protest as much as they want. The reality is that way too many of them come here to go on welfare + get a social housing + aaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllll the free services: free school, free healthcare, surgeries, special schools for handicapped kids. The list of free stuff they receive doesn't end. Good deal good deal! That's great for them but terrible for us. All the social housing that we build and pay for are almost exclusively made for immigrants (especially Arabs and Haitians). We Canadians are a nice bunch of suckers. The good old "Let's go to Canada to go on welfare and get social housing" must end.

I get it but is much rather this than the Islam invasion much of the rest of the world is dealing with.

As an Indian I am completely ashamed of the way Indians are representing our country outside and honestly I understand the point of view from the Canadians ,when u migrate to another country you are supposed to adjust to their culture and their principles but unfortunately these people have turned it into a mini india there which simantaneously affects a lot of Indians who live outside as well because they have to deal with stereotypical and racial comments.I am completely against the way they celebrate our festivals outside its a nuisance to both the countries.

This is an interesting issue. I have lived in both Brampton and Surrey, and there is some real issues with immigration. But the homeless you showed made me think about the other side of the coin, these Indian immigrants would probably do a better job feeding our own homeless if they were aware they were welcome. Things like garbage and stuff, indians have less civil duty because their own cultural issues. But they have a sense of duty of family and community. So we need to hold our goverment responsible for not handling emmigration properly, but also if have compassion and bring these people into our communities as well, then you will feel a new sense of duty from them. Its a tough issue on both sides that our goverments are forcing us the people to deal with

You know what too...If Canadians was too go to India I wouldn't be able to bring my Canadian/Caribbean Culture there..I look at it like this his your moving to another Country I'm gonna adapt to The Culture and Lifestyle..Im not gonna bring my Old Ways that I wanted to leave to a New Country and Life...I feel like its not Canadians being Racist it's that they came here and The Government and Businesses are Catering to them From Adding Specific Food Items to cater to them most Jobs are by passing others to hire them...And on top of that Canadians are dealing with Food Cost being High still and Working a Job and still not making else to live a decent Life...Seems like most people are Working to Survive and Pay Bill and don't even have enough to atlest go out and have a peace of mind and have a Social Life...There brought in all these Immigrants to The Country while The Country was basically under a Recession...And this Problem is not getting Fixed now and it seems like it's getting worst..To the point I feel like a Civil War could even break out I this don't get Fixed somehow and someway... They get a lot of homes through mortgage fraud (watch the CDC report), to rent out as rooming houses, and they are a big reason for the housing shortage. Please do not buy from them if they are the selling agent. They are known to put harmful hidden clauses in the documents to get more money out of you than the list price, then you find out after the sale closes. They did this to one lady who bought her first home, and when the details were revealed AFTER closing, she had to file for BANKRUPTCY to clear her name and start her financial life again. DO NOT do the deal if they are the selling agent, and NEVER sign any paperwork they give you. We call it P----i paperwork. Do not sign it. Period. If they are the selling agent, walk away. Please spread the word. Their behavior is an ORGANIZED assault on the Canadian real estate and financial system, and it demands Canadians to deliver an organized response in rejection of this behavior. Boycott.

Shelters are too full because our cost of living has gone up and Canadians (as i am one) are struggling to make a living. Thats why you see people in tents because the shelters are WAY too full (and im also speaking from experience I was previously homeless in Toronto/Brampton and now am a Community Service Worker dealing with people in Shelters and Addictions).

I am a born and raised Canadian. I have 3 boys that are 30, 25, 21, my 30 yr old recently went blind and is dealing with that in another province. My other 2 live at home with me, because none of us can afford to live on our own as we rent, and they can't find work anywhere. The government needs to fix the problems they have before bringing in new people. If your own people can't survive, why the hell are you bringing in more people. Up goes the crime rate, up goes homelessness. The worst part is most homeless people are born and bred Canadians, while the immigrants get jobs and housing pretty much handed to them. I don't think the prime minister should have been able to make the decision to bring more and more immigrants here with out asking the people.

WE WERE ALL IMMIGRANTS IN CANADA when our families first moved here..we had to take new last names which was what your new occupation just became entering Canada..no matter where you came from..NOW you keep your family name occupation and standard of living..new immigrants ..you got it easy...my family had to assimulate,work hard and establish ..do it yourself housing and rig up equipment to work with..the first white men dealing with natives...on and on...

To be honest i wouldn't see it as too much of a big deal if they just assimilate into our society and culture, not bring their third world cultures and beliefs here as none of us asked for this.

The problem is that Canada didn't just take immigrants from India, they took in criminals in the name of "asylum". In certain parts of India, there used to be small-scale separatist movements, back in 1970s and 1980s. Senior Trudeau saw this as an opportunity to vent his frustration for India's not signing of NPT . So the guy kept giving "asylum" to the violent separatists, to "teach India a lesson" (Yeahh... sure) Gradually, it became so that once you have gained enough rep in organised crime, drug trade, so that it's difficult for you to stay under the radar in India, running from law enforcement, you would run to Canada, UK or Australia, and ask for asylum, with whatever reason. And those countries, in their stupid sense of righteousness, would accept it without any background checks. Now, yes, it's a trouble for us (good job), because most of the gang leaders are hiding away in these countries, running their operations remotely. Indian officials are only able to nab the low-level gang members. But it also means that these countries now ALSO have the worst criminals in their cities. And once they settle down, they will do what they know best .... crimes. And gradually they become a problem for their host countries, as well as other Indians in these countries. (Whenever Khalistanis do any parade, they force other Indian families to put up their yellow flags on their homes, to make it look like they have massive support) It's not good for anyone, but these countries have put themselves in a position from which they have no idea how to extricate themselves. Sure, you may blame Indians. But we were literally asking you to send those criminals back, and you refused to do so. Now they are your problem. If they create problems for us, then maybe, they will drop de** in some parking lot. But apart from that, most of their activities are going to be Canada's problem to deal with. They are already turning the streets of Canada into a drug paradise, hurting the young people of both local and Indian origins. Such a waste of life and potential.

Immigration of any kind should be suspended for at least 1 year in order to fix the system and deal with the mess created by the Liberals over the last 11 years. Get the illegal immigrants and foreign criminals collected and exported out of Canada. Process the people who are here legally and give our systems time to fix issues created by the Failed Liberal Immigration Policy.

My mom passed away in 2001 and my dad passed away in 2017, I envy them not having to deal with this BS.
