Then it was the Arabs; now we're fighting for their statehood. Then it was the Koreans; now we have their appliances in our kitchens and cell phones in our hands. Now it's the South East Asian's turn at discrimination and the labelling of those "very dirty people." You'll get over it soon enough and become friends with the Pakistani restaurant owner down the street, or you'll move to Woodstock and enjoy your cultural homogeneity, before the next wave of "others" from some new place around the world threatens your sense of 'I was here first' mentality and ownership of being Canadian. FFS!

The comments on this video makes me sick. As a Canadian it genuinely disturbs me to read all the extremely racist rhetoric from people who I think better of. None of this video had any facts or anything. He just interviewed a racist guy on a bike and suddenly everyone thinks that is fact? What a funking irony - this Rempel garner women was in India’s lap in conservative leadership race. She was with Patrick Brown and Indians told to her to quit. She ‘left’ politics to focus on her personal life and came back as soon as Indians succeeded to put Piere as a leader instead of Patrick. Later bunch of material, testimonies came out about she being on a zoom call and Indians saying they don’t like she is running Patrick brown’s campaign. As an American, I am ignorant about Canada and its immigration policy, and so wonder how much stated in this video are lies due to racism, and how much is true? For example, the Indians who come to the US are vetted, are educated, and work hard. Since the 90s, most of the Indians who come to the US are not Punjabi Sikhs, nor are they Muslim. Punjabis came earlier, but since the tech boom, most who come are Hindus usually from Southern India. About 20% are also Christian. These Hindu and Christian Indians from Southern India are model minorities. Think of these kids who do well in the Spelling Bee. No crime, no trash, just educated hard working folks. Especially here where I am in San Jose, CA. So are these Canadians lying, or are the type of Indians who go to Canada worse? Those with fake diploomas or Sikhs claiming refugee status due to their religion and not being safe in Hindu India? Something is amiss bc how can these Indian immigrants be so different? If Canada is not vettung their immigrants why not? I also know that a coworker of mine who is from Southern India, his niece recently secured a visa to Canada and she is a Radiation Oncologist, an occupation Canada is in need of. So assumed lie the US, Canada is letting in needed skilled workers.
