I seen the same thing happening in California. It's in small towns adjacent to the 5 freeway in the Grapevine area . North of Magic Mountain. You'll see mostly only Indian stores and restaurants. Indiana don't like to assimilate to American cultures.

It's not a lie. I have friends telling me stories of Indian Immigrants in small towns like Renfrew, Eaganville, Barrie, and other smaller places in between where there following and harrassing women in small towns. And their daughters alone side them. And their are never arrested. These people have disappeared of the internet 6-8 yrs ago and are popping up in small towns and even smaller villages along the highway. Parking on private property access roads for fires and picnics with there kids. I have seen it first hand all over lanark county and across the east end heading out to Embrun and east towards Plantagenet. And for anyone to deny this..it's because you live in a bubble and never leave the city. Can't goto the Ottawa River anywhere without seeing people bathing in the runoff from our fields and confronting locals tell them to stop trashing out forest and community . All the while throwing garbage into the river and bushes wherever they stop to get out of their cars. These Indians and Muslims do not care about the rules or our country. It’s sad being a born Canadian and watching the land I love turn into an income battleground. Nobody wants to hire someone with the thought of training. They want people with experience but won’t give the experience to those who lived here and need it. They’d rather hire someone from somewhere else that has experience and then fails to follow through as the born and raised person given the opportunity would. The amount I’ve seen white people fight to work and work fighting to keep their job burning themselves out when they’re easily replaceable by someone for a fraction of the cost and needing 3 people in their place since most immigrants are extremely lazy, especially after getting the pr. I am an Indian immigrant living on GTA. If I was forced to live in Brampton, I would rather go back to India than live in Brampton. The problem with Brampton is a subset of Indians that are easily recognizable and do not assimilate. Most of these specific subset come here as students and through family sponsorship ( not regular immigration stream). The students get false documents for their language and educational credentials. The politicians are also to blame for pondering for their votes. If there is one ethnic group that has the capacity to destroy Canada further in the future to a point of no return, it is this subset. Unfortunately most Canadians do not know this, and Indians as a general group are seen as the problem. Next time just ask them where in India these people are from, and soon you will know for yourself.

Immigrants are necessary, BUT ONLY TO POINT. We need to shut our borders to new immigrants and begin working around what we have. As a man who has grown up in Canada, I have seen us morph from an economic powerhouse to wasted potential. Add in strict criteria for being able to come to Canada, incentivize construction of new infrastructure, and add in new laws for all these immigrants that dictate what they can and cannot do in Canada. This ain't no free ride, people! Get off the government gravy train and start working in places OTHER than entry-level work! Leave that for teens and twentiers!

Here in Edmonton Canada the worst drivers are on the Indian part of the city and it’s not even close. I have to drive through that area everyday to get to work and at least 4 times a week I nearly get into car accidents on the highway because people don’t know how to drive. I have to assume people just will switch lanes randomly or merge in really really fast or go extremely slow on the highways. I have seen people reverse backwards on the on ramp because they took the wrong turn

But immigrants are seen as the black sheep and blamed for everything in all agendas of both parties. If the Canadian government wants to limit businesses from hiring temporary work permit workers, they should set a quota for them. Businesses that cannot hire Canadian workers must leave those positions vacant. All companies like Tim Hortons, Metro, Farms, fast food shops, etc. should be banned from hiring temporary permit workers, and any company that hires more than 10% of its staff must be seriously fined. Is it difficult to do? Too easy.

I wonder why they would like to live in the US so much? I've been there and I've met a lot of people from there, I am a tour guide from spain. I would say the US its an ok country, with good job opportunities, nice infraestructure but with a lot of problems of drug abuse, homelessness and crime Specially for a so called "developed nation". I was shocked when I heard that there are what you call school shootings there! Why don't you tackle that problem and alow it to happen? I have never seen that, in such a scale in more developed countries like switzerland, japan or south korea.

There are always two sides of the story. When British and French went from starting trade with indigeneous to brigning their families and settling towns on their land, they must have had the same feeling. Europeans just didn't stop their they openly slaughtered and put small children in residential schools where many lost lives and are still living with generational trauma. India was doing fine before british came in and lynched the economy to feed industrial revolution in west. I have seen Finnish, croatian, greek, polish, italian, german cultural centers and businesses serving their communities in Canada. Can we also say that they should assimilate in Canadian culture? I do acknowledge that there is massive influx of immigrants in a short span which govt. did to compensate for labor needs but they did not invest in infrastructure and orientation of immigrations. I have worked with Canadians in their 60s vs 20s, there was a huge difference in work ethic. My white manager relied on me and my another friend for closing or opening shift than some local preveliged kids. I am in support of deporting illegals but let's educate who are here legally. Collaborate with communities to voice out your concerns and look at the positive impact immigrants have made in past decades.
