You've got it wrong, super wealthy Western countries like Canada, the USA, UK, Scandinavian Nordic countries, Europe, and even Australia don't 'need' immigrants from 3rd/4th world countries. Super wealthy Western countries first priority is to its own native population and country first by investing in them. The new 180 stance on immigration is proof that these super wealthy Western countries are moving forward with stricter immigration policies, a push for increased mass deportation, eliminating Visa/Green Card Holders for certain groups, going after scam related to immigration, rescinding citizenship and deporting non-native populations a lot easier. It's not just Canadians who are sick and tired of all these new people(legal and illegal) but The West in general🇺🇸

That’s what immigration law is supposed to do it’s supposed to impact foreigners. Then there is the let’s get people to work cheaper than Canadians do and then wonder why Canadians aren’t taking those jobs . Can Canadians just be concerned about Canadians sometimes ? A. I absolutely LOVE what that woman wrote and read to us. She is absolutely correct. I feel the very same way and I'm sure many Canadians do as well. I'm also tired of walking on eggshells while watching everything I love disappear to make way for an entirely different culture, especially one that is completely incompatible with the Canadian values and freedoms I grew up with.

Well I'm tired that I'm told I have privilege when I have family buried in Holland that politicians pretend to honor for a few minutes one day a year and then go and look for another freedom to take. The problem is these corporations wants huge profits by hiring cheap labor. Its not that there isn't domestic labour ready to work at a tire shop its what they are offering for it.

I am a skilled immigrant, an auditor by profession for 16 years. I climbed up the ladder from a junior auditor to department head before I left for Canada late last year. I've submitted hundreds of job applications to date and I only got a response. I have no choice but to take that job in fastfood restaurant just to make a living. Don't worry, if I still don't get a job aligned to my profession in few months, I will leave. I'm tired..

How about paying your workers a living wage? I refuse to believe you can't find people to change tires.
