Where did the point system go? Why is the canadian government not strict with fact-checking the documents being submitted by applicants? I thought Canada is stricter but I guess Indians are already treating it like the middle east where they can just pay the schools from their country to submit fraudulent papers saying they have a master's degree in computer science but when they start working, they couldn't even do proper coding!

I think due to the prosperity and stability Canada has enjoyed for so long Canadians have developed a certain standard of living and expectations in regards to that. So no, we don't want to have to work 2-3 minimum wage paying jobs to get by, no we don't want to live 4 or more to a 400 sqft studio apartment, yes we want to be able to afford our own homes, yes we want to be able to achieve a stable middle class lifestyle. That doesn't work for the crony capitalists who's greed and lust for power always needs satiating. So we have the Liberal government bringing in more immigrants than we have infrastructure to accommodate in an effort to keep wages down so profits can always be up. Immigrants who are willing to accept a lower quality of life than what most Canadians expect/accustom to because it's still superior to where they came from. So the quality of life for all Canadians is exponentially reduced. We are to accept a lower quality of life and if we resist then we are branded with all kinds of derogatory names; racist, xenophobe, fascist, unacceptable fringe, far-right extremists, et al. What's undeniable is that before the Liberals took power in 2015 we had an immigration system in Canada that worked quite well and that since the Liberals took power our immigration system is a destructive mess. This isn't by accident or incompetence, it's intentional, by design. Unfortunately Canada has a problem with so much of our population being ideologically blind, willingly ignorant, easily manipulated, cowardly staying in an abusive relation with our current oppressive government. Question is can the country be saved before too much damage is done?

Discuting! There is family who were in Québec for 2-3 years and learn french, have a job and there children go to school and now are afraid to be deported! It is unfair because they were in a program who said that come to Canada and you will have citizenship if you adapt to our country. We change the rules in middle of the program!!! Those people left everything to come to our country! It's an honor for us that they choose to come here. We need people for specific jobs and send them back??? That is looking like Trump manner!!! We should be angry and ashame of the way liberal treat those people!!! We live in a really crual world! Where are our humanity and empathy??? I was beside her at the stop lights and asked her what she was doing as she nearly caused an accident.. she said, “you drive your way and I’ll drive my way”.. canadians and her multicultural ways simply can not compete against india, africa, south asia and various latin american countries because of 1 thing - birth rates. and when i say the canadian way and what 'used' to be a balanced multicultural way of life - is now being completely replaced by, majority led, india and a select handful of a few other nations - philippines, nigeria, bangladesh and some middle eastern nations. most of these nations - minus the philippines - have very different values and laws from the west. gender inequality, caste systems and not to mention religious / secular conflicts. racism is also incredible in those nations - again, minus the philippines. the only reason i include the philippines on this list as well is because their numbers are also very high in terms of the recent immigration scams but still not as high as india - who by large is the biggest scammer by a mile. these nations export canadian capital to their home nations and recycle the cash and bring in more of their own people. it is blatant soft power take over of canada without firing a single shot. canadians need to wake up and bring back balanced immigration. i will never accept sharia law, caste systems of gender inequality in canada but it is already here and their population is hundreds to thousands of times more than canada and they are already establishing incredibly strong roots here.

Its was nice country when we landed in 2008 now most students doesnt even know english with IELTS 8 and they talk in pure Punjabi They are basically farmers and sold their land and did make false and fake credentials.I can challenge if fhey are taken IELTS here in Canada their score would be 2 Alhamdulillah we came from a Cosmopolitan citt on POINTS and worked hard in Middle East in Medical facilities.

I’m so glad someone made a video about this. I left Canada because of this problem over my Middle East country. It’s literally better here. Canada is a big bubble. It ain’t worth to live in there.

This is happening at varying scales in many cities all over the US as well. Growing up in the 90s and 00s in suburban Minneapolis, we had a very small population of Indians. About ten years ago, they built a large all new subdivision near my hometown that is now 90% Indian. Target Corporate is to blame for the initial push, as they opened an office in India and then had many of them relocating to the Minneapolis office. A recent trip to Dallas, every Uber I took was an Indian or Middle eastern driver. California, especially the Bay Area has an enormous Indian community as well.

This is what gets me, I’m an immigrant. I came from a place where we speak a broken dialect of English. As part of my processing, I had to demonstrate my ability to speak the queen’s english. To work, the expectation is you’re able to communicate effectively with whoever you’re interfacing. These folks come here, make zero attempt to improve or learn English or French - the national languages. They go home after the day is done, revert to their native tongue. How would you ever perfect something like a language without some degree practice and immersion? And they do this with their generations. The 1st and sometimes 2nd generation kids will speak their native tongue first, before learning English or French. It’s like the language they should speak to effectively work and live in Canada is an accessory. The govt at all levels encourage this by having driving tests and forms in other languages. And don’t get me started on the pockets - Brampton for example. The politicians kowtow to the voters and give in to them having huge temples, and nonstandard shopping complexes. It’s a running joke how many Indians will be living in the same house, renting from other Indians collecting money under the table in completely unsanctioned and illegal rental scenarios. Companies set up by Indians, to service Indians. So they don’t even care to present as Canadian business with English / French. I’m in the midst of charting my family’s exit from Canada. It’s become something entirely unrecognizable. Where those who know how to game the system get ahead, those of us who play the rules - stay behind. I’ve worked my way up to being upper middle class. I’m about done paying for Indian “students” who later claim to be refugees. Who are now claiming to be in gay relationships, to support their refugee cases. It’s all a joke.

TBF most of them are good people, and want a better life. I have no quarrels against that but I think maybe 5 figures a year is lots, not this 800k+. That being said, most of them here are relatively upper middle class since its not cheap to emigrate from India.

It's too bad you didn't visit the many farms and gardens that the new Canadians have setup on the outskirts of Brampton. They are inspirational. That temple you showed has been there for at least 30 years - it was built in a field in the middle of nowhere at the time. I found it telling that Michelle confidently quoted the wrong number (79,000) and, when Aiesha corrected her with the accurate figure (47,000), she immediately switched gears to “Where are they?” rather than owning the mistake. That dodge makes me question her judgment. It feels like she’s leaning into fear‑mongering language that easily panics people who aren’t paying attention to nuance — which, sadly, describes most of this comment section. Also, did you see the reply to the Filipino student who voiced frustration? “You guys make up some of the most cleanest restaurants I’ve ever been to.” That kind of response speaks to a lack of respect for international students. To many in the Canadian workforce, international students and migrants are treated as disposable labor — steered toward low‑ and middle‑income jobs. Yes, fraud should be dealt with, but it’s lazy and unfair to claim that all Indians or international students come here through fraud. If that logic ruled, we’d have to start deporting every non‑Indigenous person — which ignores the whole reality of colonization.

This isnt about getting more votes. Follow the money. Someone is paying themselves huge $$$ overseeing billions that are handed out to illegals. Seems illegals have more rights than our vets or ave citizen. If your middle class and loose your job the govt wants to cut you off, but can give free medical, housing, food, clothing, schooling, training. As a citizen you cant get that. Your taxes will be raised and raised to pay for more of this.
