Indian restaurants open up in any available location in Brampton, which now has Indian people in Brampton questioning, "How many different ways can you possibly cook Indian food?" A petition went out online in 2023, in Brampton, that McDonalds wasn't catering to the "Indian Culture". It's a simple fact that the 10% of the "privileged culture" that are coming over to Canada are completely destroying the reputations of the Indians that came here and worked for their futures, to now being classified as the ignorance being brought to Canada for India

In your video, you are unfairly targeting Indians and even showing Hindu Gods’ idols in a disrespectful way, which is highly inappropriate. What you failed to show is how other communities, including certain refugee groups, have also influenced Canadian society in ways that often go unquestioned. Indians – especially Hindus – come to Canada by investing huge amounts of money, and they quietly contribute to the economy and culture without creating disturbances. Hindus rarely do anything other than celebrate their festivals peacefully in parks. Yes, the job market is tough – but it’s the same for everyone. I myself served as a Director in a Canadian supermarket chain and have been without a job for 13 years. My kids face the same struggle. But instead of talking about real issues, your video paints Indians in a very negative light. Why? Even leaders like Donald Trump tried this path of targeting communities, and it led only towards division and disaster. Please don’t create mental agony and hatred against Indian Hindus. These are the very people who generate jobs, run businesses, and quietly support society. I rate your video as a disgusting attempt to twist personal frustrations into a community-blaming narrative, even bringing in Indians who, sadly, criticize their own background. Targeting Indians and showing Hindu Gods’ idols is shameful and disrespectful. Hindus come to Canada by investing heavily, live peacefully, and contribute to society without disturbing anyone. The job market is tough for everyone – blaming Indians is nonsense. Your video spreads hate instead of facts and creates unnecessary division. Indians, especially Hindus, are job creators, not destroyers. This video is nothing but a disgusting attempt to twist personal frustration into hate against a community.

I actually worked at Tim Hortons(I'm a white guy), and there were literally so many Indians that they'd order each other around in Hindi. They'd only speak English to me and the customers. I had a shift coordinator in fact who would reflexively give me orders in Hindi, and would get a little ticked off and repeat it in Hindi, and then when it clicked that I'm the only non-Hindi speaker there, he'd give 1 word orders like "Garbage" or "Sinks". The owner of the Tim Hortons also said that if I was a little slow or needed extra training, they wouldn't fire me because they don't like to keep rotating workers around, and instead would rather just retrain them. I was a tad bit slow(only because I was precise and not violating health and safety standards), and they fired me in like 10 seconds. Like my second monthly review, I was fired. I have a feeling it largely had to do with the fact that I was not Indian and didn't speak Hindi, so therefore the shift coordinators had less tolerance for me.

I agree with the comments of the immigrant contributors. You come here for a better life, that’s why you left your country. Now that you’re here, you refuse to integrate with this country’s rules and way of life. You bring your religion with you and that fine BUT, practice it in your places of worship and not force it down our throats. Further, don’t try to change our culture by crying foul every time you don’t get your way. The politicians have to change their corrupt ways of cater for a vote and uphold the values, rules and laws of this country…..unfortunately it may be too late. I am an Indian in Canada but the students that are coming here are js ruining the image of people who came way before, one thing is half of them are tryna get a gf or get married so they dont have to go back to India, in fact half of them are weird to girls for some reason. I am so done with this.

The reality is that Canada’s demographic changes are largely driven by high levels of immigration from India and Arab and Muslimmajority countries. It is important to stop the narrative of hatred toward Black people, especially the labeling of them as “low IQ.” Many immigrants from Africa are hardworking and striving to assimilate, yet they continue to face unfair stereotypes. In fact, many Black immigrants are professors, post-doctoral researchers, doctors, engineers, and other professionals. Those who do not hold advanced degrees are still performing essential labor that sustains the economy. Ignoring these contributions suggests that the concern is not genuinely about protecting Canada from immigration or cultural change, but rather reflects a deeper, selective hostility toward Black people. Honest reflection and research would make this clear.

I have less rights as a Canadian in any other country than immigrants who come from those countries have here. In fact, I have less benefits in Canada than immigrants do here.

The problem is not the immigrants. The problem is with Canadian leaders, and the Canadians who elected and reelected them to office. I lived in Nova Scotia for just over 2 decades. I attempted to have many discussions about these issues and was shocked by the generally vapid responses I'd get. Much more to say, but the main point is that Canadians have destroyed their own country's quality of life and from what I can see, Canada is not worthy of respect as a nation. I take ZERO pleasure in saying this. However, the country should have provided the United States with a up close example of what a well run social democratic nation looks like. Instead, Canada is a joke to the far right and in fact fuels the far right in the US. Now with the global south amassing on the US's northern border (visit Halifax, NS if you have any questions about this), I view Canada as a threat to the USA - which is a nation with more than enough problems. A note to immigrants reading this: I respect many of you individually, and I do not in the least mind having you in my community. You as an individual are not the problem per se. The problem is that policy makers are simply using migrants to increase Canada's population to 100M by end of century. Videos like these would be nicer if you did research/fact-checked people's statements. I know the purpose is to get the POV of the general populace, but it sucks hearing at the end of the video "Well, idk why" when you could improve the quality of the video by supporting or rejecting claims people make. Also, asking more balanced questions instead of biased ones is another way you can improve. For example, no difficult questions or claims against the anti-immigration Canadians were given - they were basically just asked "why do you think this?" On the other hand, the pro-immigration migrants were given questions regarding claims made by the anti-immigrant Canadians - which again was never fact checked by your team. It's difficult and feels like a waste of time when we're just hearing testimony - as important as each individual's story is - but without any critical thinking or research applied.

I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. I'm an Indian but I don't support invading a whole country as a swarm and transforming that place like their homeland literally making the actual natives uncomfortable. If you wanna live in that place , just respect the people's culture , religion and appreciate the rational space they actually provide . And for the countries with illegal immigrant problems , just send them back ??!! The government's corruption is also playing a major role . In my opinion, if the liberal government stays in power, and more and more liberal voters use the racism card on people who point out these issues just to make themselves feel like a good person, more and more major cities in Canada will be filled of them who either entered as an international student, or as an asylum seeker. It is not "multiculturalism" or "diversity" if there is only people from one culture coming to Canada? Where are the people from countries like Italy? Germany? Ukraine? Mexico? It is not racist to point out how these Indians need to learn to write and speak proper English. It is not racist to point out how they need to adapt to our civilized way of life here in Canada. It is not racist to point out how, coincidentally, the quality in Tim Hortons has dropped lately, when in a majority of them have workers of Indian descent, which are usually in major cities. How so? The liberal-imposed foreign worker plan, plus a little bit of corporate greed. It is not racist to point out that Indian "international students" are getting their food from food banks, which are supposed to be for the poor, and how some places of work only hire Indians, because they are run by Indians. Why is this discussion even about Indians? Because they make up HUGE majority of people coming to live in Canada. Matter of fact, this does not apply to Indians coming to Canada, but to whoever goes to live in another country. It does not take much out of you to at least adapt to the way of life in which ever country you go to. The conservative party sees this in a way that the liberals do not. there are 10 indian "students" living next door in a single family dwelling of 3 bedrooms. they share 3 cars and do uber eats delivery (and or other food delivery) around the clock -- reason i know this is because they often pull into my drive way during ungodly hours for extended period of time and triggers my surveilance camera (aimed only at my drive way set to trigger more during night times for movements and noise), since they just park there, and blast music so loud 100 feet radius ground is shaking, the surveillance cam picks up their shift change all the time. i did try to go over twice to voice my concern, and guess what, they either dont speak english or pretend to not speak english. ok i guess. and the reason they park on my drive way is because, well, they dont shovel theirs. lol. so its easier to just use my drive way and walk to their side door. but hey i mean good for them for making a living. but its just weird and disrespectful. and i have to worry about salting my own fking drive way because if they fall, they can sue the shit out of me and i cant complain about their trespassing. bless the canadian law. so i guess for me. they dont bug me, except the fact they just use my drive way because its convenient for them, and the blasting of music middle of the night. lol also i stopped going to tim hortons a few years ago after a few consecutive diarrhea immediately after morning coffee visits. good times
