I am in the immigration business, the Indian applicants shock me to my core. They will forge anything, bank documents, education documents, police clearance certificates... You name it.

Oh please. Canadians rarely talk to other people anyway. They are reserved and standoffish. And even with their friends and relatives never do they get very close. Nothing wrong with that but THAT is how the culture is. These are new immigrants and it will take time to integrate.

I feel that the problem is the Trudeau government and the NDP allowed to many immigrants into Canada without doing any background research on their status and now we have a huge influx of criminals from many countries. These people have no interest whatsoever in assimilating into our society, they are only interested in taking advantage of our country and generosity.

As an immigrant I highly agree…IF YOU CAME TO ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR A BETTER AND PEACEFUL LIFE YOU SHOULD EMIGRATE, RESPECT AND BECOME PART OF THAT COUNTRYS’ CULTURE AND NOT TRY TO DESTROY IT. Cause I’m sure that tourist who visit certain countries are expected to do the same . For example if I wanted to travel to a Middle Eastern Country I would have to wear a Burka or another form of head covering even though that’s not what I’m use to. So yea…If you can’t respect Canada for its culture STAY IN YOUR COUNTRY OF BIRTH AND STOP TRYING TO CONFORM CANADA INTO SUCH.

Did the poor settlers from Europe assimilate in Native Indian's culture? Now these same Europeans are asking immigrants to assimilate when they themselves did not assimilate.

These smash and grabs are a problem, some of these stores are hit multiple times. Perhaps tthese store owners should get a few trained police dogs for protection. Another problem is the.leniency of the courts for these immigrants. Special laws for immigrants is not how to deal with problems.

So ironic because I remember the days when my fellow Canadians were mad at the influx of well behaved, tax paying, money spending Chinese immigrants around 10-15 yrs ago. Sure they bought up a lot of real estate and contributed to the raising property values, but many of the Canadians benefited from that selling their property for amounts they never even imagined and they created a small economic boom in the GTHA. I'll bet many of us miss them dearly now we know what true bad immigration looks like 😢

It’s so bizarre to me, that many Canadians have defaulted to racism and generalized hate towards almost 2 Billion distinct human beings from the actions of 1% instead of directly their anger towards the government that imported these people for short term political/economic benefits at the expense of long term social stability of Canada? The problem is all the other immigrants actually assimilated here unlike them there just trying to turn it into there homeland which is the complete opposite of what you’re supposed to do when you come here and before they would only let higher class families immigrate here from any country but now they just let people from the bottom of the barrel come here with no intention to better society
