If a 3000 sq ft home has 3 generations living then that would easily be anywhere from 5-12 people depending on the number of children or sibling the earning member(s) have. The only problem is when these homes are converted to rooming units. You could save that 78 million by not allowing so many in. Almost 80 thousand “students” have emptied food banks or disappeared into Canada. No cost is too high to remove these people. Missing key facts here. India has the highest violations but also the highest representation amongst students. Because the fees these institutions are asking for can only be paid by Indian/Chinese parents. The real question is, is the proportion of the people who is dishonest is same in all international students regardless of their country or not? These people spends tonnes of money not for the non value diploma Canada offers but the chance of permanently staying in Canada and will be dishonest to make that happen.
