And a huge part of making that work is the whiteguilt liberal narrative that anyone Not White must be a refugee from the war torn wastelands. It's actually Western/Canadian chauvinism making that very racist misunderstanding of the situation. These are not the huddled masses seeking a better life these are the exploiters who got rich off the labor of other Indians back in india and then bailed on India to be SUV drivers who cant drive here.

Or outright corruption that indian government workers do from selling driver's licenses, CDLs etc.
