It's funny how foreigners mostly w8tes will travel to India and purposely go to the worst places to travel (old delhi, varanasi, Calcutta) which is common knowledge not only amongst Indians themselves but amongst travelers globally, just so they can make negative videos for sensation and views and then assume the entire country looks like that. When the fact of the matter is India has beautiful beaches, resorts in the south (kerela goa etc ie tourist areas) beautiful mountains and snowy areas in the north like Shimla, Risikesh in states like himachal pradesh and uttarkhand, theres ther north east which has arunachal pradesh etc. Yet despite common knowledge amongst those who travel to India these vloggers choose to avoid such places for the former just for content and to make videos such as this. Channels like Chris Lewis, Alfonso and Jessica, Daily Max, Van Boys, GallivanterDom, Dunney Travels are much more honest and unbiased with their vlogs on India showing both the good and bad side of the country. Both the beautiful luxurious sides as well as the slums and poverty. Unlike vloggers like this who only show the negative sides of India for the sake of views, content and engagement farming. Positive videos on India never go as viral as the negative ones. The algorithm always pushes negativity over positivity

I used to go to high school there 10 years ago. it used to be a very pretty place, as far as urban places go. Back then it was called an Indian ghetto too, (despite the fact we still had a lot of whites and blacks in the area) but I dont dare imagine what it looks like now.

A good friend of mine lives in Northeast Calgary and I drove to her house right before Nick Shirley exposed all of the fraud in Minnesota. I'm only bringing that up so you understand where I'm coming from when I say this. I wasn't influenced by him finding these fraudulent daycares because this was prior to that. When I went to her house I had to Google maps it. Everybody in Calgary knows the Northeast is all Indian. As a matter of fact I counted how many people I saw that weren't Indian when I was there cuz I thought it was funny. I saw two white people and one Asian in the whole quarter of the city. When I got to her house I said to her why do you have so many businesses around your house it doesn't even make sense and then I showed her the Google maps and there had to be seven or eight daycares a trucking company and a bricklaying company and a drywall company. All of these businesses that don't have signs because I went and looked. These people are doing the same fraud here. This is what's killing our country. Our money is worthless because of them and they are taking all of the homes so homes are unaffordable for Canadians. On top of that they get into management and jobs and only hire their people and don't hire Canadians. We are under attack. It doesn't have to be somebody storming our beaches to attack us. Our country is under attack and we're in denial.

I get a lot of mail for my job. Over the past year, all of the delivery guys in my area (Nova Scotia) have slowly been swapped for Indian men. I try to interact with them on friendly terms as I did with all of the folks that used to deliver my packages. They generally completely disregard me, don't look at me, don't smile, act completely aloof and cold, throw the package on my deck, sit in their truck on their phone for 10-15 minutes, and then rip out (generally driving over my grass) and speed down the road texting all the while. It is a drastic, drastic change we are being forced to swallow. I'm sure CBC would call me alt-right just for daring to ponder that fact, but it is the reality of the situation. Gas on the flames of a housing/ inflation crisis. It is absolute unchecked insanity.

The problem is immigration back in day was a luxury in India so only riches made it outside and they were rich compared to others after independence because they were more pro british and served them. So it was easy for them to immigrate and assimilate into your culture. Now you see many poor people also immigrating because immigration became more accessible, its just like the touchscreen phones, before only rich people had them, but later and now everyone has it. Plus your overly liberal and the stupid point system lets anyone enter the country if they meet a specific criteria, they barely check their english, background, crime record, etc. Also, living in India is a survival, or a nightmare for short. Especially for the poor people in the up north, and so they go to these shady agents who claim that they can send him or her to Canada, UK, Australia where ever they want in exchange for some money. Sometimes these agents turnout to be scams and sometimes not, then these students apply to some fake university that has no campus in Canada and select a course thats easy. Then once approved they come to canada, don’t go to university and make some other indian friends who say they have contacts with some job providers and through that the students get their jobs at the fast food joints and shopping malls. The mindset with which these students come to Canada is that I want to get a simple job as soon as I land in Canada and through that job I can get a PR. They never go to assimilate or discover the culture, they come because the country looks nice, has resources, and will provide them with a good salary so that they send some money back home to their parents as compared to low paying jobs in India, which too are super competitive. They still like the indian way of life, the culture, the food, the attire, just not in India. Thats why you’ll never see these students eating at anything other than a Indian Punjabi Restaurant or a fast food joint, they will never make white friends, they will never try to change the way they speak and look at Canadians, they will never try to change their driving habits. In conclusion, more poor people and students migrating, paired with their mindset of “I want everything to be Indian just not in India but in a place that looks better” paired with their low interest in actually learning and working better jobs is what makes them a bad immigrant group. But thats not to say that all are like that its only some and mostly Punjabis/ other North Indians that have this mindset. The reason why the Indian group in USA is much better and successful is because they are mostly of south indian descent. Those people are far more educated, actually respect the law of the land. And fun fact: The stereotypical Indian Accent originated from USA mainly and reason why many indians say that they don’t speak in that accent is because that particular stereotypical accent is present in Indian people who come from the states of Andra Pradesh and Telegana, which is is where most of the Indians in USA are actually from. Here's my life in canada. denied work. Denied education. both grandmothers, and grandfathers and before that mothers and fathers, defended and fought in the great wars, not by choice proxy and came to canada post ww1 to get away from euro trouble, only for second great war, and most were against forced to join because of direct proxy or relatives being killed. People complaining do not acknowledge that Canada created a corrupt system where educational institutions made money from foreign students, foreign students in return were happy as long as they got to work. At least they are willing to work and pay taxes. In fact, we should look at the root cause of these problems. It is the colleges making money off these immigrants, it is the corporations who do not want to pay decent living wages to Canadians so they are hiring these immigrants at minimum wage jobs. This is called capitalism where the corporate has to save as much money as possible for their shareholders. So yes immigration is a huge problem but immigrants alone are not at fault. The fault lies with the government (federal, provincial and municipal) and the corporate entities in Canada as well.

He's not telling you that this figure is not reflective of people seeking to remain in Canada permanently. The figure includes student visas, work permit holders including work permit extensions: many of these people will benefit Canada and then go back to their countries. If you look at the FAR more relevant figures for actual population growth, they show that the population will grow MUCH more slowly in 2025 than it did in 2024. I'm disappointed that the person who made this video did not see fit to provide real context to all this anti-immigrant sentiment. Inflating the problem is dangerous. The economic hurt is real, but throwing into the mix completely misleading figures about how fast the population is growing only serves to weaponize the pain being felt from the economy, against immigrants. We can't have a lucid conversation about the problem and the solutions, if the medium is this non-existent standard for fact-checking. Channel owner, please do better.

My Granparents, parents, settled the homestead in 1896 near Rossland BC. How it used to work, how things are supposed to work, is the Government serves the needs and demands of the people. The people don't serve the Government nor any Corporation or Public/Private Partnership. This means that the Government doesn't prevent people from doing what they do and they don't use force to extort the fruit of everyone's labor to the point of enslavement. In 1896 and throughout my Grandfather's life from 1902 to 1976, one would do for themselves if they weren't working for someone else. In other words, you found something needed be done, something the community around you required or was lacking, you opened shop and got after it. You can't work today because you require licensing for everything, you require permission for everything, everything is regulated. People have it in their minds that it's so much better today then it was then, that it's "safer". But it's not, that's a lie. My family, although never wealthy, ate good food, always had a roof over their heads, plenty of family around and always had something to do or at least could always find something to work at. Most importantly, they always had hope because they had freedom. No one has any hope anymore and the people coming here aren't just bringing their culture to overtake our culture, they are coming with anger. With envy, resentment and malice. My family didn't come here with those things, they came to Canada with hope and determination to integrate and prosper with freedom. The other side of my family fled Bolshevism when they left Russia and came here and that side had the exact same hope in freedom to work hard and prosper. Now all generational wealth, freedom, prosperity and hope is all but completely stolen. We don't need more regulations. We don't need more benefits. We don't need more Government. We need less, we need it all to go away because I know for a fact, you give people the freedom to go about their lives, the society or community they form, always tends towards peaceful, prosperous organization. You give people the freedom to build and produce and they'll get after it immediately and that opens the door for all other manner of trades and skills that just fill any hole in a community or society. And that's a fact about the organizational tendencies of human beings. There's nothing stopping us from providing for ourselves but a cartel Government in the business of extortion and human enslavement. They foment chaos and division in order to justify the revoking of more freedoms to enslave more people. People themselves, they look to get along, get to work, raise families and, as best they can, enjoy life. Once we start expecting a Government to take care of us we've institutionalized prisoners who have lost all human dignity. When you "buy in" to all the rhetoric of so called autonomy, ask yourself, how autonomous are you without a family? Just because you're alone in a box in a city, stacked one on top of the other, weighted down by a landslide of rules, collecting benefits from the Government, doesn't make you autonomous. People say, "no one can afford a family". Yet those coming in have large families and they seem to be making out just fine. It's the brainwashing of our culture that set us up. Over time we've convinced the proper way to do things is everyone to grow up and go their own way, leaving each other relying on benefits from the government in old age or illness or whatever calamity might strike in life. There's always something that comes along. With family you have human resource, a plethora of skills and you have your "insurance", free of extortion. Everything that comes from a government is conditional and sooner or later their conditions rule over our condition, even though it's our labor that provides for them. The answer isn't more benefits, as I've said. The answer is simply less government, so we can all get to the business of providing for ourselves and helping our communities prosper. We need to do this with family because alone, we are all isolated and powerless. No one stands alone and a house divided cannot stand.

This is a multifaceted problem for us. Firstly we keep emigrating people in, to deal with a declining population, instead of addressing the issues directly resulting in declining population, like the housing problem, cost of living, under paying jobs, and astronomical Post secondary prices to get basic diplomas I know for a fact that 90's babies will be the last generation to have more then one child. Another issue is the recruitment centers in India, funded by Canadian corporations looking for cheap labor, promising the world to struggling Indians only to back out of every promise they made, and put the burden on the government and Canadians. This plus a lack of population control in India, is set that to have Indians to be over 25% of the global population in the next 50 years.
