We cannot save everyone in the world because we are a western country. It's the 21st century and western countries have been sending billions to developing countries since the 1940's to develop their countries. This was a U.N. pact started in the 1940's. Almost 8 decades later can we not expect more from developing countries. WE NEED TO MAKE THE LEADERS OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES MORE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR OWN PEOPLE OR STOP THE FUNDING. Will the right people actually step up and do the job? Because right now, all we see are endless debates with zero real solutions. When will Canadians finally realize that these so-called leaders or people in these positions can’t (or won’t) do their jobs properly? They need more pressure, more accountability and if they still can’t deliver, then they should be replaced by Canadians who will get the job done.
